We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced property accountant to fill the role of Senior Property Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience specifically within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
  • Property Management Support: Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
  • Software Utilization: Effectively use accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.
Qualifications:
  • Education:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience:- 5+ years of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
  • Skills:
    - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate meaningful reports.
    - High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of accounting work.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
