Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing and managing existing assets, as well as monitoring their performance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing regular updates to the investment committee.

Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of existing assets and monitor their performance against underwriting assumptions.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the investment committee on portfolio performance.
  • Project Monitoring: Track project performance and update financial models regularly.
  • Approval Papers: Prepare approval papers for the board.
  • Annual Budget and Forecast: Contribute to annual budget and forecast preparation.
  • Financial Modeling: Support raising new private funds by preparing financial models and presentations.
  • Investment Committee Papers: Draft investment committee papers to present investment opportunities to the board.
  • Management Reports: Prepare management reports and board materials for presentation.
