Job Opportunity:

The position of Fabric Lead seeks an experienced professional to design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions. This includes integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  2. Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  3. Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  5. Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.

Requirements:

  • 9-12 years of experience in software development with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse).
  • At least 1 year of experience in MS Fabric projects.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
