The Senior Statistical Programmer plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality programming support for clinical trials. This position requires exceptional technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
This role involves implementing CDISC and other regulatory standards, following internal SAS programming conventions, and serving as a programming lead on assigned studies. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of activities for assigned support programmers.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field; or equivalent experience. Additionally, they should have minimum 4 years direct SAS programming experience in pharmaceutical development or CRO environment.
Candidates should also have good knowledge of medical terminology and conduct and analysis of clinical trials. Furthermore, they should be familiar with relevant industry data standards (e.g. CDISC SDTM, ADaM, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required for this position.
