Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure.

The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within the highest standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client requirements.
  • Lead day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to Company SOPs and approval processes.
  • Supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel to the GCC if required.
