Your Responsibilities
  • Solve high-priority, cross-functional challenges without clear owners.
  • Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on key performance indicators like trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Develop and implement revenue and capacity planning strategies.
  • Design and maintain critical business metrics and dashboards.
