We are on the hunt for a seasoned Supply Executive to oversee our supplier relationships and drive business growth. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for streamlining procurement processes, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Engagement: Develop and maintain robust connections with travel suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and ground service providers.
  • Contract Negotiation: Secure competitive agreements with suppliers through expert negotiation and rate analysis.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously assess supplier performance and address any issues related to service quality or delivery.
Procurement Excellence:
  • Contract Management: Handle new supplier contracting and renewal processes while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings and enhanced service offerings.
  • Price Optimization: Perform price matching on a case-by-case basis where applicable.
Inventory and Product Oversight:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory to ensure it meets client needs.
  • Alignment: Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align supplier offerings with customer requirements.
Quality Assurance:
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee supplier adherence to company standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve quality issues, coordinating with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of supplier agreements, transactions, and performance metrics.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supplier performance, contract compliance, and cost analysis to management.
Process Enhancement:
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to existing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Industry Stays Current: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supplier management strategies.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Travel Industry Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role within the Travel Industry (Freshers with Tourism background also welcome).
  • Destination Knowledge: Minimum 2-3 destination knowledge including supplier connections.
  • Linguistic Abilities: Proficiency in minimum 2 languages.
  • Software Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
