SAP Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within a large enterprise system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process GRNs: Ensure accurate entries by matching PO and invoice details.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Resolve discrepancies between stores, procurement, and inventory teams.
  • Execute GI Transactions: Utilize correct material movement types to maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.
  • Create and Manage PRs: Generate purchase requests based on departmental requirements and coordinate with user departments for validation.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create, modify, and track purchase orders in the enterprise system, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring open orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels, placing orders as required to meet business needs.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
