Job Title: SAP GRC Security

About the Role

This position requires strong expertise in managing SAP user access, roles, and authorizations, as well as a solid understanding of business processes across functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and more.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing the creation, maintenance, and management of SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations, all while adhering to security best practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and compliance checks to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to organizational and industry security standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain SAP security policies, procedures, and guidelines to safeguard user access and system integrity.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP security, specifically with SAP Basis, user roles, and authorizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP security concepts, role management, authorization profiles, and troubleshooting security-related issues in SAP environments.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across functions and how they integrate with SAP access controls.
  • Familiarity with SAP security tools, such as SAP GRC, and knowledge of ABAP/technical aspects related to SAP security is a plus.
  • Understanding of SAP security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex authorization issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train users.
