Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP BTP applications and integrations.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a high-performing team, partner with stakeholders, guide delivery, and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

  • Lead and mentor the development team and manage delivery
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend useful adoption

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in leading teams and driving varied initiatives
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team and pro-active attitude towards tasks and process improvements
