Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Leadership professional to drive design quality and craft within our team. As the head of design, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth of a global team, developing new service offerings, and providing strategic design thought leadership.

  • Elevate design excellence across 5 studios in India by driving innovation, crafting award-winning work, and establishing the studios as true peers globally.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to apply strategic thinking and creative expertise to solve complex challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of management experience leading teams of 50+ designers.
  • A background in the agency world or running large-scale teams for startups and organisations, preferably with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Extensive knowledge of user-centered design processes and experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, engineering, product management, and user research.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the scale and growth of the design operation from India, fostering collaboration between global teams.
  • Drive business results through innovative design solutions and establish the India studios as centres of excellence.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
