Art Direction Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to lead the art direction and creative vision for assigned brands and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with excellent art direction and leadership skills. They will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and overseeing project timelines.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and articulate the overall creative vision and strategy for assigned brands and projects.
  • Provide strong art direction and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Champion bold, innovative, and effective creative solutions.
  • Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will be a self-driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to inspire and mentor a team of art directors and designers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts.
  • Develop and present compelling visual concepts and mockups to internal teams and clients.

  • Provide hands-on design contributions to key projects when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Associate Creative Director or equivalent role.
  • Strong background in design, with excellent art direction and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
  • Ability to stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
