Senior Experience Manager Developer

Job Summary:

A highly skilled Senior Experience Manager Developer is sought to join a dynamic team, with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and experience in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) migrations. The ideal candidate will bring front-end development skills, including React/JavaScript, along with working knowledge of AEM Assets (DAM), to support content and asset management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migrate existing AEM implementations to AEMaaCS.
  • Refactor legacy codebases to align with cloud-native architecture and best practices.
  • Configure and manage AEM environments using Adobe Cloud Manager and DevOps pipelines.
  • Develop and customize AEM components, templates, Sling Models, and OSGi services.
  • Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces with HTL, JavaScript, and React.
  • Create workflows, servlets, and event handlers to automate content processes.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.
  • Support AEM Assets configuration, metadata schemas, and folder structures.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps in Agile teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with AEM platform enhancements and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with AEM and AEMaaCS migrations.
  • Strong front-end development skills (React/JavaScript).
  • Experience with AEM Assets (DAM) and content management best practices.
  • Solid understanding of HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, and Java-based AEM customizations.
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Adobe Cloud Manager, and integrations with REST/GraphQL.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
