Job Title: Identity and Access Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to administer and maintain identity platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • The ideal candidate will implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across systems, ensuring seamless integration and access.
  • Maintaining accurate records of identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies is essential for this role.
  • This position requires collaboration with security architects to design and improve identity infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of security.
  • The successful candidate will support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning is also an important aspect of this role.
  • A keen eye for identifying and remedying identity security risks and misconfigurations is crucial in this position.
  • This role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IAM processes and standards, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID is a must-have for this role.
  • A solid understanding of identity reporting and analytics, including access logs and entitlement reviews, is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
