Job Title: Identity Security Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Security Architect to join our pioneering journey in Investment banking. As an Identity Security Architect, you will be part of an exciting project that involves implementing and migrating Multi-Factor Authentication solutions to enhance the organization's security posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate MFA projects from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Provide technical expertise in MFA technologies, particularly Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, guiding integration and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Collaborate with architecture teams to design robust MFA solutions that meet industry regulations and organizational security needs.
  • Develop and enforce MFA policies and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices within the organization's security framework.
  • Train and support internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of the new system.
  • Monitor MFA usage, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding MFA effectiveness and potential improvements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in MFA technologies, including Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Experience in designing and implementing MFA solutions that meet industry regulations and organizational security needs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent training and support skills, with the ability to train and support internal teams and end-users.
