Identity and Access Management Specialist

As a seasoned expert in Privileged Identity Management, you will play a key role in deploying and implementing CyberArk solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CyberArk privileged account security suite, including version 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x. They will also have hands-on experience with CyberArk PACLI, automating tasks related to user and safe management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and architecting overall CyberArk implementation
  • Capturing detailed requirements based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements
  • Performing compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and providing alerts and reports
  • Investigating, providing root cause analysis, and resolving incidents

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration
  • Strong grasp of network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools

  • Customer service background, with ability to empathize with customers and own issues raised to resolution
