Job Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Team Leader is responsible for leading the S&OP function to drive business growth and profitability.

With 7–10 years of leadership experience, this highly skilled professional will have a proven track record in end-to-end planning, including demand, supply, and inventory management.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills are required to facilitate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to work with global teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital planning tools, such as Kinaxis Maestro or IBP, is essential.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, and ideally a Master's degree. Experience in recruitment and onboarding of team members is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective S&OP processes and procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
