Technical Lead Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) models and Generative AI (Gen AI) applications.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy LLM models and Gen AI applications using Azure AI services.
  • Possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks.
  • Leverage Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy and NLTK.
  • Have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  • Possess a strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Apply advanced fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Github Actions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in Gen AI development.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years
  • Master's degree in computer science or Information Technology
