Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Bid Manager to join our Sales Operations team.

This role will involve leading the development of proposal responses to RFx, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposal responses for complex opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end proposal development process from initial review to final submission.
  • Develop all proposal response materials, including outlines, compliance matrices, and desktop publishing of the final response.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate technical, financial, and operational information.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to proposal development and submission.
  • Ensure win themes and differentiators are included in the proposal and deliver a compelling response to the customer.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years' experience managing proposal responses to customers in various industries.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Experience using project management applications and AI to develop content and manage tasks.
  • Ability to deconstruct requirements and develop a compliance matrix.
  • Strong business acumen and IT modernization knowledge, including cybersecurity, networking, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience in SLED and Federal sectors is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor Degree required or equivalent experience.
