AI/ML Engineer Position

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models for financial services applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Additionally, they will be familiar with large language models (LLMs) and agentic architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for financial services applications
  • Work with LLMs to implement solutions for automation, analysis, and decision-making
  • Develop and optimize code in Python for scalable model training and deployment
  • Leverage AI/ML tools, frameworks, and agentic architectures for experimentation and production systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
  • LLMs: Familiarity with OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer or a similar role
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in generative AI applications for finance
  • Understanding of R and statistical modeling
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance considerations in the financial services domain

This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours and excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the USA.
