As a Seller Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of third-party sellers on our marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tools, resources, and support to help them thrive.

You will work closely with internal sales teams to deliver their responsibilities and goals, set up processes and mechanisms for troubleshooting issues, and leverage advertising as a critical lever to enhance the seller experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring seller satisfaction by sourcing, analyzing, and acting on feedback from sellers. This requires a deep understanding of retail media, operational excellence, analytical skills, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Drive adoption of new services, features, and tools to improve product visibility while maintaining a healthy standard of RoaS and Tacos
  • Identify and address key day-to-day issues impacting sellers' performance and experience with sponsored products
  • Act as a liaison between India sellers and business teams in Marketplace Solutions to support key initiatives
  • Refine business processes to optimize Ad performance and drive KPIs/KRAs
  • Implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve seller Ad performance and retention
  • Represent the voice of the seller in internal discussions and advocate for customer service
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality seller-facing content, including guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices
  • Monitor, analyze, and present seller Ad performance metrics to leadership
">Requirements">
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
  • At least 1+ year of experience in media/digital advertising preferred
  • Proven track record of executing successful programs that drive business growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
