Overview:

As a Senior Operations Manager at Episource, you will lead a team of approximately 20+ members, overseeing daily operations and performance. You will act as the primary point for escalations, working with the team to resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 20+ members, ensuring production and accuracy benchmarks are met and deliverables are submitted within the turnaround time
  • Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
  • Work with minimal guidance and provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Coach, provide feedback, and guide others to handle team and help scale up by resolving matters within the same
  • Manage teams by ensuring production and accuracy benchmarks are met and deliverables are submitted within the turnaround time
  • Perform work in a self-directed manner and work with less structured, more complex issues
  • Contribute to process improvement / efficiency improvement initiatives
  • Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research
  • Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact, as needed
  • Uphold company policies consistently and fairly, managing service levels, quality, and team productivity
  • Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise and resolve problems and address staffing needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years as a Team Lead
  • Proven work experience in team handling of minimum 2+ years
  • Good Interpersonal and Analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)
  • Solid knowledge of advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
