Overview\

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an experienced professional to support our fast-growing enterprise software solutions. This will be a key position at the heart of our marketing and business development engines, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns for a groundbreaking SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities\
  • \
  • Implement the company's go-to-market strategy by operationalizing target accounts, personas, messaging, and territory management for marketing and sales.\
  • Act as the company's data architect for all activities along the customer journey, from market definition to our marketing and sales funnels.\
  • Oversee key applications such as Salesforce and Pardot as business owner and ensure all sales and marketing team members have the data needed to execute their jobs successfully.\
  • Ensure data accuracy across Salesforce and other sources.\
  • Own alignment between sales and marketing departments, and top-of-funnel processes for handoff between demand generation and business development.\

Requirements\
  • \
  • A graduate degree in a related field (management or business).\
  • ~10+ years of sales and marketing operations experience in the B2B software space.\
  • Highly experienced in designing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with sales and marketing processes at an established software house.\
  • Highly knowledgeable about sales and marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation.\
  • Excellent command of business writing and ability to own the production of outstanding email and digital content.\
  • A high level of attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.\
  • Experience building and running a small team of analysts and operations staff.\
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; MBA highly preferred.\
