Marketing Operations Manager

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our enterprise software solutions. This pivotal role will be at the forefront of our marketing and business development engines, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns for a groundbreaking SaaS company.
As a leading provider of capital program software for the North American market, we have recently been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States.
You will drive sales and marketing initiatives with process ownership, reporting operations, and technical setup, using data-driven decisions to maximize our reach into target accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing our go-to-market strategy by operationalizing target accounts, personas, messaging, and territory management for marketing and sales.
- Acting as the company's data architect for all customer journey activities from market definition to our marketing and sales funnels.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 10+ years of sales and marketing operations experience in the B2B software space.
- Highly experienced in designing, tracking, and ensuring compliance with sales and marketing processes.
- Knowledgeable about sales and marketing automation tools and digital strategies for driving lead generation.
- Excellent command of business writing and ability to own outstanding email and digital content production.
- Attention to detail and experience managing multiple projects to successful completion simultaneously.
- Experience building and running a small team of analysts and operations staff.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. MBA highly preferred.
