Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Domain Expert. This individual will serve as a key figure in driving digital transformation and capabilities across our Insurance function.

As a Domain Expert, you will be responsible for developing and deploying cutting-edge digital solutions that leverage data and artificial intelligence. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and developing new capabilities, understanding the use of data and AI in Insurance, and leading initiatives to advance domain knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in conducting training and developing training curricula, with a strong background in leading learning initiatives for domain capabilities. You will be responsible for engaging with leadership to define development requirements, generating buy-in, and rallying stakeholders towards building the right capabilities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing customized training curriculum that meets business needs and client expectations
  • Curating learning resources on domain and digital capabilities from various sources
  • Defining clear and structured learning paths from curated assets
  • Driving domain and digital thought leadership through focused research, articles, case studies, and industry interactions

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Graduate degree in any stream
  • Domain training related training background with relevant certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS, AIC, AU)
  • Extensive experience in delivering training and developing training curricula (minimum 10 years)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent training/presentation skills, content designing and development skills, and coaching/mentoring skills
