Job Title: Senior Taxation Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Taxation Manager to join our team. As a Senior Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the direct taxation function and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Prepare and file Income Tax returns for companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)
  • Handle income tax notices, investigations, and proceedings
  • Manage income tax assessments, including transfer pricing and its preparation
  • Represent the company in appellate levels, including DRP (Dispute Resolution Panel) proceedings
  • Prepare and file TDS/TCS returns for companies and LLPs
  • Handle TDS proceedings and tax demands raised by TRACES (Tax Recovery and Compliance Enforcement Services)
  • Compute provisions for current tax
  • Ensure income tax compliances for Self-Filing Tool (SFT), Master File, Advance Tax, Form 10IC, and Form 15CA
  • Finalize Transfer Pricing audit and tax audit
  • Be involved in restructuring existing tax structures and providing advisory services on direct tax matters
  • Be proficient in SAP/ERP accounting software and ITR (Income Tax Return) software
  • Have an understanding of Accounting Standards (AS)/Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)/Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of direct taxation laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. They will also possess proficiency in SAP/ERP accounting software and ITR software, and demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
