Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit & Taxation Manager located in Noida. The Audit & Taxation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing audit processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. The role also involves the development and implementation of audit plans, conducting financial analysis, and providing guidance and support to the audit team. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting is also a crucial part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements
  • Extensive experience in Auditing practices and principles
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Finance and Tax regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
