**Job Title:** Automotive Smart Plant Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Smart Plant Consultant. This role requires strong background in establishing, stabilizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes utilizing MOM and Industry 4.0 concepts to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in production shopfloor.

**Industry Focus:** Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the automotive industry, specifically in EV (including Battery Pack Assembly) and Gigafactory (Cell Manufacturing) settings. A minimum of 7-13 years of overall experience is required.

**Smart Plant Functional Expertise:

  • MES Capability Assessment: Formulate functional architecture and requirements for MES implementation.
  • MES Platform Evaluation: Assess fitment of various strategic, financial, and functional pillars across different platforms.
  • MES Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault is a plus.
  • Digital Use Cases: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce cost.
  • Consulting Skills: Lead client proposals, create POVs, and demonstrate deep industry knowledge and innovation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience working with Battery or EV OEM or consulting industry in Smart Plant vertical.
  • Strong business development appetite and project management abilities.
