About Us:

We are a boutique management consulting firm that drives profitability improvement for clients through operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation. We partner with senior executives in key areas, including manufacturing optimization, supply chain management, sourcing, third-party risk assessment, and merger integration synergy.

About the Role:

As an operational efficiency expert, you will lead project delivery efforts, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment to final implementation. You will also contribute to sales and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders by helping them manage and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to develop current state assessments, evaluate industry standards, and suggest savings opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Analyze client spend data, create project deliverables, and conduct research into various markets and industries.
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to draft and release requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Support clients and suppliers during bid evaluation and supplier selection processes.
  • Develop financial models to understand the true cost of owning goods or services and present findings to key decision-makers.
  • Evaluate supplier pricing proposals, identify cost reduction levers, and draft negotiation strategy presentations.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or a related industry, preferably in operations, supply chain management, or procurement.
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and an ownership-driven mindset.
  • Proven problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A highly motivated team player with the ability to work independently and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
