Corporate Planning Specialist Job

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Planning Specialist to support our leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Provide strategic counsel to the Director on key matters, ensuring timely decision-making and follow-through.
    • Coordinate high-level meetings, reviews, and action items to drive business outcomes.
    • Maintain effective communication channels between the Director and stakeholders.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Align cross-functional workflows across production, supply chain, and technical teams to optimize efficiency.
    • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and drive timely execution of strategic initiatives.
    • Foster seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop comprehensive analytical reports, presentations, and dashboards for management reviews.
    • Track key performance indicators, operational metrics, and progress of strategic projects.
    • Provide actionable insights on process improvements, bottlenecks, and business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Task Completion Rate: Percentage of Director-assigned tasks delivered within deadlines.
  • Information Flow Efficiency: Average turnaround time for updates and decision communication.
  • Report Timeliness: Percentage of reports prepared and submitted on schedule.
Requirements:
  • 10 to 15 years of professional experience with a strong background in production workflows, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
  • Preferred experience in CEO/MD/COO Office or Business Excellence / Strategy Team of a large-scale organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or any engineering stream, along with an MBA in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management from a reputable management institute (Top 30 B-schools preferred).
