As a Paid Social Manager, you will oversee multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization and building strong relationships.

You will focus on serving eCommerce clients across various platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience managing budgets over $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • A deep understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behavior
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, effectively communicating with clients
  • Ideate, manage, and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and return on ad spend
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations
  • Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets
  • Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients
  • Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant
