Program Coordinator

This role involves managing FIA's volunteer wing while supporting program operations. Based in Churu, the Program Coordinator creates structured volunteer experiences, ensures alignment with program teams, and amplifies impact on the ground.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the volunteer ecosystem to complement program operations.
  • Lead volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship.
  • Design learning-oriented opportunities for volunteers to contribute meaningfully.
  • Coordinate between volunteers and program teams to ensure smooth operations.
