Key Responsibilities:
  • We're looking for someone to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • This role involves leading projects that leverage emerging technologies to streamline processes, enhance data analytics, and drive automation initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions and oversee their deployment.
  • You'll be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying pain points and inefficiencies, and proposing innovative digital solutions to improve performance and service delivery.
  • A key aspect of this role is staying up-to-date with industry trends in digital transformation and assessing their potential impact on our operations.
  • You'll define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for digital programs and ensure continuous improvement and measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • An additional responsibility will be driving change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and processes among employees.
  • You'll also mentor and develop team members around digital skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or consulting, preferably within a similar environment.
