Job Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or similar roles.
  • Strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture.
  • Able to analyze article performance metrics and use insights to elevate content quality.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including crafting engaging headings and subheadings.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and mentor a team of writers.
The Role
  • Edit and publish 18-20 articles daily, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Fully fact-checked and well-researched articles that deliver value to readers.
  • Deep understanding of audience needs, enhancing content impact and relevance post-publication.
  • Closely collaborate with skilled writers, editors, and content managers in our newsroom.
  • Mentor writers, inspiring growth and evolution as contributors.
  • Stay up-to-date on breaking news, ensuring timely and accurate coverage.
