As a key enabler for strategic initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO Office and senior leadership. Your responsibility will be to develop high-impact presentation content that drives business outcomes.

This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail. You will work closely with the CEO's team to gain proficiency in presentation development and storytelling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations that are engaging, informative, and visually appealing.
  • Compiling customer engagement data across multiple businesses to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership.
  • Coordinating and compiling weekly reports from cross-functional stakeholders into a single, polished report.
  • Supporting cross-functional program tracking and executive coordination activities.

Essential attributes for this role include:

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards in both content and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executive audiences.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • MBA preferred, ideally with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Experience working on executive-facing materials or reporting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
