
Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. This role is a hybrid of sales execution and strategic contribution, requiring a strong ability to prospect clients, suggest properties, arrange and lead site visits, and close deals in line with monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
In addition to sales responsibilities, this role will also work closely with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger presence in Mumbai, develop creative ideas for marketing and sales initiatives, and contribute to team expansion strategies.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
