Facade Lighting Sales Manager

The role of a Facade Lighting Sales Manager is crucial in driving sales and market presence of facade lighting products within an assigned territory.

Key responsibilities include setting up design presentations, providing technical solutions, managing projects, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, and construction firms. This requires a solid understanding of the building industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Other key tasks include organizing and conducting design presentations, providing lighting design and technical solutions for building facades, tracking customer feedback and metrics related to design and product solutions, managing multiple projects, collaborating within a team-oriented environment, planning and implementing marketing strategies, formulating and executing promotional activities, identifying new business opportunities, developing existing accounts, and taking responsibility for finalizing deals.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a Master's degree in any related field, 3-13 years of managerial experience in the building or construction industry, established relationships within the architect and consultants community, in-depth knowledge of lighting products, and strategic thinking with the ability to perceive the larger picture and develop effective strategies.
