Job Title: Head of Events and Engagement

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our events strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and community engagement.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement an annual events calendar aligned with our business objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging experiences that align with our mission, including workshops, summits, hackathons, and community meetups.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, drive participation, and foster a sense of community through creative campaigns and outreach.
  • Manage a team of event coordinators, interns, and volunteers, providing guidance and support to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in EdTech, social impact, or startup ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events and community programs.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
