Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Staff member to join our Platform & Data Services Engineering – Data Platform team in Chennai. As a key contributor, you will partner with senior business, product, and technical leadership to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge data products and platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in conceptualizing, designing, and building high-volume applications, preferably in private/public/hybrid cloud environments. Additionally, they should have experience building and using large-scale automated test infrastructure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technology concepts are essential.

Requirements:
  1. 2-5 years of experience in software development with hands-on experience in an Agile development environment
  2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  3. Significant software engineering and Application Development & Deployment experience
  4. Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Angular, Node JS, Python, Perl, JavaScript/jQuery
  5. Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database technologies, and experience with AWS, RESTful API

  2. Ability to work collaboratively on a cross-functional team with varying experience levels
  3. Ability to write quality code that is technically sound, maintainable, performant, scalable, and readable with automated test scripts
