Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading research activities within the programme.
  • Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.
  • Finalizing methodology papers, research findings, and draft reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting policy and project report preparation.

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government, industry, civil society, and media stakeholders.
  • Represent iFOREST in high-level meetings, conferences, and public forums.
  • Organize roundtables, convenings, and events to engage with stakeholders.
  • Design and manage outreach strategies to effectively communicate research findings.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in industrial operations, energy management, efficiency, and decarbonization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in research, strategy consulting, or advisory roles.
  • Research or consulting experience in energy, GHG, steam and process efficiency essential.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Possion for contributing to societal change and sustainable development.
  • Deep knowledge of India's clean energy and climate landscape.
  • Excellent communication, research, presentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and information dissemination.
