Job Title: Programmes Director

  • A highly skilled programmes director is sought to oversee and manage projects within the organisation.
About the Role:
  • We are seeking a candidate with a solid background in programme management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.
  • The ideal candidate will lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and internal resources, manage project progress, ensure projects meet deadlines, and oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
  • In addition, they will conduct project reviews, create detailed reports for executive staff, optimise and improve processes where necessary, and secure growth opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in programme management.
  • Proficiency in German.
  • Strong understanding of formal programme management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
