Key responsibilities include:


• Staying abreast of all relevant laws, regulations and guidelines affecting operations.


• Developing, implementing and monitoring compliance frameworks and procedures.


• Conducting regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential issues.


• Providing guidance on corporate governance best practices.


• Assisting in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.


• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of statutory filings.


• Maintaining and updating corporate records.


• Facilitating communication between the board, management and stakeholders.


• Identifying and assessing potential legal and compliance risks.


• Developing risk mitigation strategies.


• Collaborating with departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of potential risks.


• Conducting training sessions on compliance-related matters.


• Keeping teams informed about changes in laws and regulations.

Required skills and qualifications include:


• Strong influencing skills and ability to work with senior leaders.


• Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification business partnering experience.


• Certified Company Secretary.
