Job Opportunity:

Global Services Associate

As a Global Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This includes responding to inquiries via various channels, developing in-depth knowledge of our products on global exchanges, and assisting clients with account opening and funding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Develop thorough understanding of Interactive Brokers' products on global exchanges.

  • Support clients with account opening and funding processes.

  • Provide training on Trader Workstation features to enhance client experience.

  • Analyze trade issues and explain margin requirements to clients.

  • Stay up-to-date on securities regulations impacting customers and provide guidance accordingly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trading or brokerage services.

  • University degree (Bachelor's) required.

  • NCFM/NISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives.

  • High-level MS Excel skills.

  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
