System Support Specialist

The System Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global offices by configuring, monitoring, and maintaining access control and CCTV systems software and backend hardware.

This position requires excellent technical skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing configuration support for access control and CCTV systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and providing remote support to internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Product Support: Provide configuration support for access control and CCTV systems, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and provide remote support to internal clients.
  • Server Administration: Install and configure security system applications on servers, monitor application services hosted on servers, and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
  • Other Responsibilities: Respond timely and professionally to emergency service calls, involve team members to establish best practices, act independently when required, and report to senior management to ensure satisfaction of work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, experience in installation and maintenance of access control and CCTV systems, experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software, and experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicence (Cognyte/Verint) Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions, etc.
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating Systems, SQL is a plus, experience in PowerShell programming, excellent problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, motivated self-starter, and ability to multitask.

Work Arrangements: Staff will work in shifts, including night shifts, with 9 hours a day, 5 days a week.
