Electronics Design Expert

We're seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to lead high-voltage design, mixed-signal systems, FPGA development, and the foundations of timing, beam control, data acquisition, and power integrity.

This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape a home-grown semiconductor-equipment ecosystem in India. You will be part of the founding team and play a key role in defining the architecture and culture of our organization.

Key Objectives

Your primary goal will be to deliver the electronics that make our instrument feel instant and synchronized: a common timing spine, responsive beam control, low-noise power, and lossless, high-throughput data capture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design the timing and synchronization backbone so optics, detectors, motion, and software operate in lockstep.
  • Develop mixed-signal boards: beam control drivers, detector front-ends, data-acquisition, and robust control I/O.
  • Ensure clean, stable power and grounding/shielding for quiet images and strong EMC behavior.
  • Provide diagnostics, fixtures, and logs so issues are obvious and field-debuggable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a track record of shipping mixed-signal/FPGA systems in instruments, vision, or semiconductor/robotics gear. You should have strong bench skills with scopes, analyzers, and bring-up; pragmatic about testability and manufacturability.

You will also need to be collaborative and documentation-minded, thinking in interfaces and failure modes.

Success Metrics

We will know it's working when we see deterministic, synchronized operation across subsystems, stable, low-noise performance visible in images and analytics, and lossless capture during long runs and lean EMC pre-checks.
