Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a High Voltage (HV) Systems Engineer to join our team

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement designs for main electrical equipment and materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and review technical specifications and data sheets
  • Conduct electrical equipment and material sizing calculations to ensure optimal performance
  • Design and review control and protection schematics and Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs)
  • Procure high-voltage electrical equipment and materials through effective requisitioning and purchasing processes
  • Lead the design and review of Overhead Lines (OHLs)
  • Review and validate generation/grid interconnections to ensure seamless power transmission
  • Conduct comprehensive power system studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate technical bids for high-voltage electrical equipment and materials
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the electrical discipline, preferably in an engineering company
  • Proven expertise in designing HV electrical equipment and materials
  • Advanced knowledge of power system studies and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of other disciplines, including mechanical, civil, and control systems
