Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in structuring affordable housing deals and securing funding from various governmental sources. This exciting opportunity requires a high degree of initiative, responsibility, diligence, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF. You will work remotely as part of a collaborative team and be expected to be available from 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 midnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing MS Excel-based funding applications for affordable housing deals
  • Preparation of support documentation for funding applications
  • Monitoring and tracking documents and checklists
  • Research of new funding opportunities and expansion initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Underwriting, Financial Modelling, or Financial Research
  • Background in Financial Analysis, Project/Infrastructure finance, Credit Analysis, Valuation, Balance Sheet Analysis is preferred
