Senior Business Solutions Specialist

This strategic role involves collaborating with a talented team to analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions. As a key contributor, you will support an environment with over 2,800 users and be responsible for analyzing organizations or business domains, documenting business processes, and assessing business models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive identification of business needs across various units and identify system processes through evaluation of business objectives, drivers, and success metrics.
  • Document detailed functional and technical specifications from multi-department stakeholders for review and delivery to the development team using agile methodologies.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain system processes, including regular status reports to all relevant parties.
  • Participate in project delivery and process optimization to support the execution of projects using various project methodologies, including configuration within software packages.
  • Identify change management processes and techniques to handle change within a business with minimal disruption to activities.
  • Design agile strategies to navigate the transformation process and prepare for future releases.
  • Maintain awareness of best practices in processes and technology, identifying opportunities for improvement of existing functionality.
  • Ability to break down complex topics into digestible information for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously without compromising accountability or reducing engagement level.
  • Experience designing and delivering practical change interventions, including stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, and communication plans.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce CRM experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst required.
    • Change management and project management experience preferred.
    • Salesforce certifications preferred.
    • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices, security constructs, integration patterns, and development options.
  • Other Required Skills:
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to define and communicate 'big picture' solutions and break them down into manageable work units.
    • Strong interpersonal, consultative, consensus-building, and issue resolution skills.
    • Experience working in collaborative environments and fostering technical collaboration.
    • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language and interface on business and technical concepts.
    • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, lead initiatives under time constraints, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
    • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-starter with proven ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
