**Job Title:** Compliance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct investigations into potential control breaches within the agreement execution process and lead corrective actions to mitigate business risk.
  • Manage user access to the Salesforce system by implementing and maintaining identity and access management policies.
  • Support day-to-day agreement operations, including policy queries, agreement execution blockers, and signature requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in investigating potential policy violations and drafting timely investigation reports.
  • Professional certifications like Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
  • Experience in designing and implementing access management policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with relevant parties and employees throughout investigation processes.
