Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, test, maintain, and integrate Workday systems using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, integration strategies, and data conversions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, troubleshoot integration issues, and build APIs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong documentation and design skills, excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
